Shipping, Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy — DEVAORA INDUSTRIES LLP

1. Shipping & Order Processing

1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Ships Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
3. Dispatch timeline may vary based on operational load.
4. Customer will receive tracking details once shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

1. Estimated delivery for Indian orders: 3–9 business days after dispatch.
2. Delays caused by courier companies, weather, festivals, or operational issues are beyond our control.
3. DEVAORA is not responsible for late deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
2. For incorrect addresses, re-shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

4. Return Policy (Strict)

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

1. Wrong product received
2. Damaged or defective product

Not eligible for return:

Size/fit issues
Color variation due to lighting/screens
Change of mind
Delay by courier
Sale items

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

5. Size Exchange Policy (Allowed Under Strict Rules)

We offer one-time size exchange per order, subject to all conditions below:

5.1 Eligibility Conditions

1. Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
3. Customer must return the product to us first; replacement is sent after inspection.
4. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
5. Customer bears the cost of return shipping (brand-friendly).

5.2 Not Eligible for Exchange

1. Sale, clearance, or discounted products
2. Custom measurement requests
3. Damaged, worn, or washed garments
4. Missing tags, packaging, or accessories

5.3 Verification

1. DEVAORA reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.
2. DEVAORA’s decision is final and binding.

6. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are issued only for defective/wrong products after verification.
2. Refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 7–14 business days.
3. Refunds are not provided for size issues — only exchange allowed.
4. No refunds for COD shipping charges, return shipping, or gateway fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
2. Orders cancelled before dispatch may incur processing deductions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees that:

1. Address provided is complete and accurate.
2. Customer is reachable for delivery attempts.
3. Product care instructions are followed.
4. Contact is made within timelines for exchange/return requests.
5. Misuse of return/exchange system may result in future order refusal.
